PLAS-COAT, a water based polyester resin, is made with unique technology without using surface-active agent, surfactant and disperse agent. Our Polyester resin is saturated co-polymer of Terephthalic acid base without formalin, VOC, and harmful chemicals.
PLAS-COAT serious contain many specialties, such as hardness from 6B to 5H, flexibility, high temp resistant, anti-abrasion, solvent resistant, and flam resistance to reduce dosage of fire retardant.
When applied to Polyester fiber or film, PLAS-COAT can provide superior adhesive performance, compared with PU, Acrylic or others resin.
PLAS-COAT also with good adhesive performance on PVC, PC, metal material (Aluminum, Copper…. ect)
